Processing Transfer of Policy (TOP) application submitted and ensure that all criteria is as accordance to compliance with Company Guidelines. To administer matters related to agency remuneration namely Transfer of Policy.

Position Mission:

Agency Admin department is responsible for processing for New Agent Applications, Elite Development Programme (EDP)/PruVenture/PruFuture Applications, Direct Appointment Agency Leader Application (DAAL) & Agency Leader Corporation Application (ALC) submitted by Agency Force. Agency Admin ensure that the processing of these applications adheres to both Company policies and regulatory guidelines.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing of New Applications must be adhered and comply as accordance to Contracting Standard of Procedures (SOP), Company Guidelines and Regulatory Guidelines.
  • Handling Customer enquiries pertaining to New Agent application or other contracting matters (improve communication skills with stakeholders such as peers, business partners and agency force).
  • Preparing ad-hoc report, e.g., analyst the new agent contracting trend, comparison between last year vs this year contracting numbers. (Analytic mindset).
  • Follow-up follow through with stakeholder pertaining to new contracting queries/emails/, peers, Sales Team & Agency Force, regulatory.

JOB SPECIFICATION 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
  • Effective communication skills with ability to communicate with the team, internal and external stakeholders.
