Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a unique blend of experience in project management, business operations, and payment to join our Enterprise Payment team.This is a pivotal role in leading critical projects from conception to successful completion, while ensuring financial optimization and alignment with our overall business goals. You will work closely and support the Head of Enterprise Payment.Responsibilities:Project Management:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

  • Develop and implement project plans and budgets.

  • Manage risks, resources, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and ensure successful delivery.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to achieve project goals.

Business Management:

  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize business operations.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.

  • Manage payment processing and ensure timely invoice reconciliation.

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of payments, business operations and financial principles.

  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
