What to expect

- Design, develop, test, deliver, and support end-to-end delivery pipelines.

- Implement real zero-trust deployment strategies for infrastructure and software.

- Investigate and resolve complex support requests from our developer community

- apply problem-solving skills to optimize and automate our DevOps practices.

- Cultivate a customer-oriented mindset, understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Professional skills

- Proven experience in enterprise software development.

- Ability to build strong partnerships with internal customers and collaborate with other delivery organizations within Swift.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and enhance DevOps efficiency.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to understanding and meeting internal stakeholders' needs.

- Experience in providing maintenance and support for deployed systems.

Technical skills

- Strong technical foundation in Java full-stack/Python development (MUST).

- Proficiency in RHEL and Openshift platforms (MUST).

- Experience with Jenkins for pipeline development (MUST), Cloudbees (DESIRABLE).

- Deployment automation using Ansible (MUST), Helm (DESIRABLE), ArgoCD (a PLUS).

- Observability tools: ELK stack (MUST), Kafka (DESIRABLE).
