Job Description
BigLife Sdn Bhd is expanding its Loyalty as a Service (LaaS) solution to partners across Asia and beyond. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Partnership Manager to spearhead our partnership acquisition efforts, focusing on onboarding new partners, increasing point purchases, and growing the program's footprint in key markets: Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Korea, Japan, China, and India.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong business development, strategic partnership, and loyalty marketing background who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Partnership Development & Expansion
Identify, pitch, and onboard new partners (retail, travel, financial services, e-commerce, and lifestyle brands) to adopt BigLife’s Loyalty as a Service solution.
Negotiate commercial terms and structure partnership agreements to drive value.
Develop strategies to increase partner investment in AirAsia Points purchases.
Market Growth & Strategy
Drive BIGREWARDS’s loyalty program penetration in target markets, establishing strong relationships with key partners.
Develop localised strategies to meet market-specific needs and demand requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, legal, finance) to enable seamless partner onboarding and execution.
Revenue & Performance Optimization
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through strategic partnerships.
Monitor partner performance and optimise engagement models to maximise points utilisation and partner ROI.
Continuously identify market trends and emerging loyalty opportunities to stay ahead of competitors.
