Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

• Design and develop core MEP programs to drive strategic growth and volume, focusing on postpaid and convergence
• Develop and roll out structured outbound programme to build channel capability to be hunting channel. E.g. Maxis owned build fibre outbound truck
• Collaborate and support regional sales team on tactical programme to drive high volume and revenue. 
• Develop programs to sustain MEP outlets and enhance dealer performance.
• Work with performance teams to design aligned sales incentive plans with programme to achieve execution excellence.
