JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
Lead and oversee the entire sales division, ensuring revenue and performance targets are consistently met.
Set sales objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for Business Directors and Account Managers.
Monitor team sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective strategies.
Develop strategic sales initiatives to increase market penetration and maximize advertiser spending.
Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
Drive revenue generation through new business opportunities and existing client growth.
Oversee deal negotiations, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting to optimize profitability.
Develop and execute cross-platform media sales strategies (TV, digital, radio, programmatic, and integrated advertising solutions).
Identify market gaps and growth opportunities, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
Key Client & Industry Partnerships
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
Oversee high-value client negotiations, ensuring long-term revenue sustainability.
Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and strategic networking opportunities.
Provide consultative sales leadership, advising clients on advertising trends and solutions that drive business impact.
Sales Strategy, Process Optimisation & Reporting
Develop and implement structured sales processes, CRM tracking, and performance monitoring frameworks.
Use data-driven decision-making to ensure accurate forecasting, pricing models, and pipeline management.
Work closely with Business Intelligence (BI), Finance, and Operations to drive sales insights and revenue planning.
Optimize sales workflow automation and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage Business Directors and sales teams, ensuring they meet performance goals.
Foster a high-performance sales culture, ensuring accountability, motivation, and consistent results.
Conduct sales training, performance evaluations, and career development programs to enhance team effectiveness.
Align the team's focus with company priorities, business growth objectives, and sales innovation strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:
10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or strategic account management in the digital advertising industry.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and securing long-term partnerships.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in advertising sales, media planning, programmatic, and cross-platform solutions.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use BI insights for forecasting and strategy development.
Experience in CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and sales automation tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
