About the Role

As a Quality Analyst II, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing BDD test cases (Gherkin format), maintaining test automation scripts, and conducting comprehensive front-end and back-end testing.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to provide valuable insights on testability and usability. Your expertise in debugging, API testing, and automation will contribute to delivering seamless digital experiences. If you have a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities can include (but are not limited to)

• Lead projects quality efforts

• Design test cases in BDD format (Gherkin script)

• Carry out test execution for Front end (Web/Mobile) and Backend test cases

• Help to maintain and execute test automation scripts and projects.

• Ensure everything is logged in test management tools

• Work closely with the product team to provide timely and meaningful feedback regarding testability and usability

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases based on the requirements

• Estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities

• Design, develop, execute automation scripts

• Investigate and create bug reports

• Work in agile environment and closely collaborate with different teams in the company, participating in the development processes

Key Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with mobile and/or web applications.

• Solid understanding of mobile and web technologies.

• Solid understanding on how to design and write test cases in Gherkin script format.

• Solid understanding of testing mobile and/or web applications end-to-end.

• Knowledge on knowing how to use debugging tools is a bonus.

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, methods and processes.

• Experience in services/API testing.

• A passion for learning and continuous improvement.

• Nice to have experience in Load testing, Stress testing and Security testing.

• If can communicate with the team in English and proceeding demo of sprint achievement will be better
