Qualifications:
Degree in business studies, economics, finance, or any related field.
Experience:
With minimum 3-5 years working experience in insurance industry, financial institution, or related filed are added advantages.
Experienced in project management e.g. contest fulfillment management, event management, trips management, or promotions management.
Knowledge:
Excellent communication & language skills (English, Chinese & Malay), well-developed soft skills & socially aware, competent with Microsoft software (Excel, Word & Powerpoint), and fairly detailed & organized in nature.Proficiency in Advance Excel skills & Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile:
A person who is highly motivated and is willing to do what it takes to optimize his/her contribution to Agency Projects. Possesses natural agility with affinity to comprehend new situations & processes, with an eye for detail, and able to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Must have a strong command of the English language, in spoken and written form, and is able to communicate information contextually, taking into consideration the relevant interdependencies and business environment. Must be willing to learn, willing to travel with a positive attitude, and a good team player. Able to work with minimum supervision.
