Responsible to support on daily operation processing, quality audit, maintained & updating medical guidelines to achieve Company goals by meeting expectations on operational processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist on Panel Doctor Quality Audit

• Assist in preparing communication to doctors/hospital.

• Assist in Agent Medical Business Monitoring Audit.

• Assist on doing research to ensure medical guidelines is up to date.

• Assist in completing management-related tasks such as document compilation, review and summarize and follow up matters as directed by the supervisor.

• To support other related tasks as and when required

Requirements:

• Details oriented and able to work in a team

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office related software such Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (PPT) and Word.

• Preferably students who are available immediately to join for minimally 3 months internship duration.
