Senior Manager – HR Insights & Reporting 

Location: Bangalore, India / Malaysia 

Shape the Future of HR Analytics with Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking a Senior Manager – HR Insights & Reporting to lead our HR analytics initiatives, ensuring best-in-class reporting, insightful workforce analysis, and an exceptional BI user experience. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between different data domains, and Business Leaders through data-driven storytelling. 

Key Responsibilities 

Analytics Projects Management 

  • Lead management reporting process for leadership forum, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic relevance. 

  • Drive the lifecycle of analytics projects, from requirement gathering to execution, ensuring timely and meaningful delivery. 

  • Provide actionable insights by analysing workforce data to enhance business performance, optimize costs, and identify opportunities for improvement. 

Business Intelligence & Reporting 

  • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, ensuring an intuitive and informative user experience. 

  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and optimize dashboards to maximize value for stakeholders. 

  • Maintain reporting documentation, SOPs, and governance to ensure consistency and quality. 

Data-Driven Business Analysis 

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify gaps and inefficiencies in workforce data, processes, and systems. 

  • Develop data-driven recommendations to improve HR operational efficiency and HR service delivery. 

  • Maintain the HR business glossary and data dictionary to ensure alignment across local business units. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating data insights into strategic recommendations for stakeholders (including HRBPs, COEs, and executive leaders). 

  • Engage with global and local teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in HR analytics and reporting. 

  • Proactively manage ad-hoc data analysis requests, ensuring that stakeholders have the insights they need for informed decision-making.

  • Expertise in Power BI (or similar BI tools), HR data systems, and data visualization best practices. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels. 

  • Hands-on experience in managing large-scale HR data projects and aligning HR metrics with business outcomes.
