About the Role
As the Head of Enterprise Technology, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our enterprise tech operations in a high-growth digital banking environment. You will be responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving the enterprise tech landscape that powers our workforce and critical business systems.
You will oversee three core domains:
Workspace Technology (user endpoints, identity, and access)
Corporate IT (office infrastructure, network, and colocated hardware facilities)
Tech Operations for critical banking and enterprise systems (core banking, Workday, treasury, SaaS)
You will partner closely with engineering, cybersecurity, data, technology and cybersecurity risk, compliance, and product teams to ensure a secure, efficient, and scalable tech environment that enables operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
Workspace Technology
Manage lifecycle of user devices (Windows, Mac), including endpoint security.
Lead identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.
Ensure secure and seamless user experience across devices and platforms.
Corporate IT
Oversee enterprise networks, office connectivity, and VPN services.
Manage collocated hardware facilities and office infrastructure.
Support work environments with reliable productivity tools.
Responsible for identity and access management of the bank.
Own IT Security of corporate environment including offices and physical sites.
Technology Operations
Ensure operational support for core banking, Workday, treasury, and SaaS applications.
Lead incident response, patching, monitoring, and change management.
Align tech operations with compliance, regulatory, and security standards.
What We're Seeking
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise technology or IT operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in fintech, banking or regulated industries is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in identity management, endpoint management, ITIL practices, and cloud-first enterprise infrastructure.
Familiarity with banking apps, core systems, and SaaS operational management.
Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements in the Malaysian financial services sector.
