Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Platform Support and Maintenance

  • Understand the Target Operating Model (scope and service level agreement) been set Platform Lead
  • Master the relationship between the configuration and master data setup for each business unit
  • Support each business unit related to system configuration, user management and master data creation/modification
  • Always adhere to Universal Core Model and Master Data Governance document

Functional and Technical Support

  • Responsible for deep technical analysis of system related incidents and issues and their effective resolution, application and interface monitoring based on the batch runs schedules
  • Review and analyse errors, fix issues (notably through transaction maintenance) or assign tickets to different teams (Level 3 or 4) to fix or correct the issues
  • Perform system health check, manage back end and schedule integration events

Change and Release Management: Adhere to define process

  • Ensure that change requests and new release functionality to the design and configuration of Coupa is compliant to Universal Core Model, Master Data governance, procurement and vendor management policies and PCA’s strategic objectives
  • Perform impact and GAP analysis of the change request
  • Verify integration layer to ensure that the current custom field mapping still valid and require any changes
  • Present the impact assessment to the UCM team also known as Change Control Board team
  • Select the test script packs related to the identified impacts and customize by country specific
  • Manage change request testing, regression and non-regression tests with selected key users
  • Manage document notes and communication plan
  • Update all related training material related to the change request/releases and manage communication

Reporting and Analytics

  • Understand the report limitation for each module within the system
  • Support ad-hoc reporting request from the local business units
  • Prepare stakeholder report and monthly service review report to be shared with the management team

Documentation and Knowledge

  • Become the knowledge centre of technical expertise and S2P best practice
  • Maintain the technical, training, knowledge transfer, run book and admin documents
  • Manage Configuration Work Book (CWB), Local Master Data (Local Master Data) by each business unit

Supplier Management and Enablement

  • Support any technical issues or queries from suppliers related to the system
  • Continuous optimisation of supplier enablement strategies in growing e-commerce and improving overall customer/user experience
