As a Reliability Digital Commercial Manager, you will cover commercial support, and contracts risk management and negotiations. You will collaborate with the deal team applying a wide variety of Reliability techniques to a diverse range of industries.
As a Reliability Digital Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the initial design and implementation of a new commercial process aimed at successfully collaborate with the partnering business
Owning the proposal development process, including proposal quality and automation/productivity
Working collaboratively and cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal proposal results and minimize risk
Developing risk mitigation strategies that consider identified triggers in RFP’s and customer T&C’s while meeting business objectives
Driving commercial compliance, including commercial process and contracts risk management
Managing the commercial risk process and negotiate contracts
To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience in a Sales/Commercial role in contract risk management and contract negotiations
Have relevant experience in commercial operations across multiple market segments
Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously
Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills
