Assist and support in optimizing operational processes by analyzing data, streamlining workflows, reducing costs, and providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. This includes but not limited to documenting current processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in managing operational projects related to product development and delivery, helping with planning, monitoring progress, and reporting on outcomes.
Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with operations, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.
Develop an understanding of customer needs and preferences, contributing ideas for solutions that enhance their experience with products and services.
Provide support to the operations team and other stakeholders, collaborating on various tasks and initiatives to achieve common objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations, preferably with the MSME sector and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in this segment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, propose solutions to optimize operational processes, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
Basic project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and anticipating customer needs, willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture.
