Job Responsibilities:

Champions service performance (complaint handling, customer experience, handling customers enquiries)
Oversees the Day to Day Activities for DuitNow QR emails and ensuring emails are replied to customers within the turnaround time.
Represent HLB in relationship building with community.
Process improvement and cost down initiatives.
Assist in testing and development activities.
Assist end to end development effort to ensure projects are managed within timeline.

Malaysian Citizen
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Minimum 3 years related working experience in related field.
