Job Description:

The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and Managing payroll-related activities end to end Independently. (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia Payroll)
  • Job experience of a Minimum 2 to 4 years
  • In-depth understanding of payroll concepts and procedures
  • Understanding and complying with the country’s statutory requirements

Education and Experience Required:

  • Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2:2 honours degree.
  • Should possess strong payroll-related knowledge in one of the countries mentioned
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot Table and most excel formulas) will be an added

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Chinese Mandarin Language skill – Speaking, Writing and Reading is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills:
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, MS Words, Powerpoint, Power BI etc).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good teamwork skills.
