Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

This position is responsible for extracting, reconciling, verifying, calculating, and disbursing payments to dealers in accordance with the payout schedule and within the required timeframe. Timely payments help ensure smooth cash flow for dealers, positively contributing to their sales performance.

What are you accountable for?

To comprehend the requirements of an incentive scheme, ensuring that all necessary data is available and effectively extracted using a well-structured and organized custom system logic.
To configure business requirements into computer logic by utilizing available tools to enabling more effective and accurate processing of incentives.
To extract, filter, transform, and process the raw data required for incentive calculations into meaningful and relevant information.
To test the configured scheme to ensure that the output is correct and in alignment with the business objectives.
To process the incentive and execute it within a tight timeline, ensuring that dealers and the sales team receive their payouts promptly.
To develop and design incentive and analytics reports for dealers and internal requests that involve specific criteria and data interpretation.
To handle and investigate dealer inquiries and incentive disputes submitted by all dealers, ensuring that their concerns are effectively resolved.
To maintain and enhance the computer logic and computation of the incentive process to accommodate changes in the scheme, performance metrics, and any additional required data.

What do you need to have for the role?

Bachelors Degree , specialized in: IT, Statistic, Computer Science
Total Work Experience: 1 year and above
Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
Familiar with SQL language, Microsoft Access, Advance in Microsoft Excel, Python
