Job Description

Functional Responsibility

• Lead and manage the delivery of the whole proposed change or transformation within ICT and the wider business to support organization’s strategic direction and goals.

• Coordinate closely with Project Teams, fast-tracking teams, Product teams, software engineering to drive delivery of individual projects and workstreams within a larger programme.

• Manage the strategic relationship with vendors/partners

• Ensure programmes are delivered on-time/on-budget

• Ensure programmes achieve their stated ROI

• Ensure programmes achieve their stated non-financial benefits

Role Responsibility

• Organize programs and activities in accordance with programme level mission and goals of ICT and organization.

• Assist ICT Group CIO to develop program funding proposals and operating plan to avoid uninterrupted delivery of services..

• Facilitate an evaluation method to assess program strengths and areas for improvement.

• Ensure goals are met in areas including program satisfaction in term of cost, time and quality.

• Meeting with stakeholders on program progress, issues, risks and decision-making on services.

• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

Functional Duties

• Programme’s Projects Prioritization and Roadmap Governance

• Work closely with Group CIO, and other functional leaders on programme’s projects prioritization based on strategic objectives, cost/benefit considerations, timing and capacity.

• Interface regularly and proactively with company’s leaders to align program roadmap and keep them updated on implementation challenges/risks and opportunities.
