Job Description
Functional Responsibility
Lead and manage the delivery of the whole proposed change or transformation within ICT and the wider business to support organization’s strategic direction and goals.
Coordinate closely with Project Teams, fast-tracking teams, Product teams, software engineering to drive delivery of individual projects and workstreams within a larger programme.
Manage the strategic relationship with vendors/partners
Ensure programmes are delivered on-time/on-budget
Ensure programmes achieve their stated ROI
Ensure programmes achieve their stated non-financial benefits
Role Responsibility
Organize programs and activities in accordance with programme level mission and goals of ICT and organization.
Assist ICT Group CIO to develop program funding proposals and operating plan to avoid uninterrupted delivery of services..
Facilitate an evaluation method to assess program strengths and areas for improvement.
Ensure goals are met in areas including program satisfaction in term of cost, time and quality.
Meeting with stakeholders on program progress, issues, risks and decision-making on services.
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Functional Duties
Programme’s Projects Prioritization and Roadmap Governance
Work closely with Group CIO, and other functional leaders on programme’s projects prioritization based on strategic objectives, cost/benefit considerations, timing and capacity.
Interface regularly and proactively with company’s leaders to align program roadmap and keep them updated on implementation challenges/risks and opportunities.
