Roles & Responsibilities:

Approve and decline takaful applicants based on risk analysis guided with Retakaful underwriting guidelines.
Periodically update on new or enhanced product(s) and/or services in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customers.
Support reporting Manager in meeting agreed section’s productivity and performance.
Ensures section complies with all regulatory and corporate requirements.
To discharge the accountabilities as set out in the company’s anti-money laundering framework by identifying suspicious customers and transactions and report to Money Laundering Prevention Officer in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

A degree in Biomedical Science/Biology/Health Science or any field related to human biology or public health.
At least 3 years’ experience in medical underwriting with good knowledge of medical conditions.
Possess the confidence to make decisions and solve problems.
