About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a meticulous, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices, a proven ability to manage a wide range of HR functions and strong Microsoft Excel ability. You will be a key player in supporting the growth and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations & Administration:
  • Manage employee data in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, and BIPO) ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in vendor management, and resolution of benefits and welfare related issues.
  • Prepare and submit payment requests for all HR related expenses, and prepare yearly accrual.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Gather, analyze, and report on key HR data, such as turnover rates, and data related matter.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to management as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Cognitive Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1+ years of progressive experience as an HR Operations or in a similar HR role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
