Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Specialist to join our team. As an FP&A Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Your insights will drive strategic decision-making, and your attention to detail will ensure accurate financial performance tracking. Responsibilities:

• Contribute to annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.

• Monitor actual KPIs and financial performance against budget and forecast.

• Prepare insightful management reports for decision-makers.

• Collaborate with business units to provide finance-related insights (e.g., product controllers, ongoing product performance monitoring, and improvement recommendations).

• Assist in implementing the Adaptive Planning module in Workday.

• Support special assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Financial/Business Analysis, Audit, or Management Reporting, preferably within the banking industry.

• A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or a recognized accounting qualification (MICPA, ACCA, CPA, etc.).

• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to delve into details when necessary.

• Positive and dynamic personality with a team-oriented attitude.

• Experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, supporting end-to-end business products.

• Willingness to work in a demanding, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, business writing, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with technical knowledge on MFRSs (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards) and BNM (Bank Negara Malaysia) guidelines.
