We are looking for Senior Executive/Executive, Vendor Management and Card Production. The successful candidate will report to the Manager Vendor Management and Card Production.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor vendor service performance and ensure comply with bank's obligations.
Monitor stock levels of card plastics and consumables to ensure sufficient supply for BAU and bank campaigns.
Verify vendor billings and stock reports for payment processing, prepare capitalization form D for card amortization, and perform GL reconciliations for preprinted stock and prepayments of debit cards, ensuring compliance with Bank's GL policy.
As a maker, to prepare Quarterly Reconciliation Aging Schedules and GL Account Reconciliation Ownership Confirmations, and ensure timely completion of Semi-Annual JV User, Limit Verification and annual inactive JV category review.
Prepare monthly accruals for credit card stamp, postage, and fulfillment costs, and handle inquiries from internal and external customers.
Provide cross-functional support, handle ad-hoc tasks, ensure quality deliverables, comply with regulations and guidelines, and escalate production, system, stock, GL, and other BAU-related issues.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Bachelor's degree in Business & Banking or any related discipline with 2 years above in banking industry. Know Card embossing process is preferable.
Proficient in English (written & spoken) and PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
Strong analytical skill, good working attitude and able to work under pressure.
