Scope of Role

Reporting to one of our O2C Team Leaders, this entry level role will allow you to build up your knowledge of the O2C processes and the SEEK APAC business. On a day-to-day basis, you will support the key functions of O2C such as billing, unallocated cash reconciliation and handling local tax certificates.

Job Description

Work with the guidance of the O2C Team Leader and Senior Specialists to:

  • Ensure accurate invoicing to customers, via electronic or paper distribution depending on local legislation
  • Collect withholding tax certificates from customers (certain countries only)
  • Address and resolve any financial queries lodged within specific SLAs
  • Maintain open communication channels and keep detailed records of all our customer interactions
  • Drive & support continuous improvement initiatives being rolled out across all O2C teams
  • Support or drive (where relevant) the implementation of key operational projects

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance roles
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar qualifications
  • Hands-on working experience with Salesforce, Workday Financials and Microsoft Great Plains
  • Mandarin and Cantonese language capabilitity
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain productive, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders at every level across Finance and the wider organization
  • Able to communicate meaningfully with diverse audiences (including non-Finance) using clear and accurate messaging
  • Strong problem resolution skills and an ability to remain cool, calm and composed under pressure
