The Manager (FWA & Technical Excellence) is pivotal in ensuring efficient and effective claims management. This role involves assisting the immediate supervisor in managing the FWA and Technical Excellence team, meeting or exceeding management's expectations regarding health and operational processes related to claims, providing agent and new staff training including fraud waste abuse management, analysing associated risks, trends, and the effectiveness of internal audits, and driving exceptional customer experience by providing fast and quality decisions, enhancing skill sets for complex medical areas, and creating a best-in-class claims service and framework
