Your Mission:

  • Develop customer acquisition go-to-market strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard SMEs onto our business banking products.
  • Lead and manage sales teams: Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with businesses, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored digital banking solutions.
  • Pipeline and performance management: monitor sales performance and optimize sales processes to maximize conversions.
  • Constantly seek for improvement: Constantly gathering on-the-ground market intelligence to stay updated on SME’s needs and sure that Ryt Bank is solving their problems and delivering value..
  • Lead with Impact: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, exceeding targets and contributing to the growth of Ryt Bank's business banking portfolio.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Work closely with product and technology teams to provide customer feedback and drive the continuous improvement of our digital banking offerings.
  • Elevate the Business Banking Experience: Be a voice for the customer, ensuring Ryt Bank's solutions are intuitive, efficient, and transformative.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Sales Acumen: A proven track record (at least 7 years+) of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, ideally within the financial services or technology sector.
  • Relationship Mastery: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Digital Fluency: A strong understanding of digital banking solutions and a keen interest in emerging technologies. Experience working in startup is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, adapting to the dynamic needs of the market.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative and high-growth environment.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
