You will be responsible for leading the corporate sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the banking and finance sector. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products and services, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
What are you accountable for?
Develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategy to enhance Maxis presence in the Banking & Finance Services industry.
Manage the revenue, P&L and growth to meet the annual AOP.
Work with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, finance, network and sales) to differentiate ourselves and enhance our competitiveness.
Understand the market conditions and critical success factors to have successful strategies in the segments.
Ensure the team is highly motivated to perform in the market place.
Establish good relationship with our customers to increase the share of wallet of the customers
What do you need to have for this role?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in corporate sales within the banking and finance industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry - banking and finance.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
