About the Role

For the Management Reporting Function:

• Lead, manage and oversee the team matters comprising of:
  • Structure of each business via cost centres
  • Forecasting and budgeting process and reporting
  • Inter-company billings and collections
  • Monthly closing activities
  • Group reporting matters
  • Controls and risk management matters

• Lead and manage the finance projects and other ad-hoc activities
• Manage escalation from key various stakeholders, both internal like business teams, group functions and external parties
• Drive continuous team service improvement initiatives in improving service quality and efficiency, fostering an environment of innovation and process optimization
• Lead and manage external parties - auditors, tax agents and etc.
• Lead, manage, coach and develop team members on both technical and soft skills in delivering BAU services to business
• Govern and oversee the compliance process with regards to accounting regulations, IFRS, Companies Act, tax laws, Group policies and procedures and ensure the compliance
