The Dispatch team at Grab is responsible for building and managing the core platform that determines how millions of daily incoming orders across Grab (Transport, Food, Deliveries) can be effectively dispatched to available driver supply. The work you do will directly impact and improve both the speed of order deliveries for our customers and the earning potential that driver-partners rely on Grab to provide.
Get to know the Role
As a Lead Product Manager within the Dispatch team, you will own the product strategy for order dispatch and work closely with Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business Owners to execute effectively. You will define clear roadmaps to build and scale Dispatch platform capabilities across Mobility and Deliveries, ultimately providing a superior and efficient user experience. You'll also collaborate closely with Grab's Vertical product teams and country stakeholders to refine value propositions, drive go-to-market execution, and continually improve product quality. This role offers significant growth opportunities, including tackling large-scale technical issues and positively impacting millions of users.
