Job Summary

Markets Trade & Regulatory Control function responsible to enable Proactive Risk Management via execution of trade and regulatory controls across Markets Business, that adhere to Regulatory guidelines and uphold high standards of operational integrity. We are trusted partners to Markets Business delivering superior risk management practices, Control execution and generate data driven actionable insights to drive informed decision making.  This role forms part of the Regulatory Onboarding Control function within the broader Markets Trade & Regulatory Control team. SME role to build and design Regulatory Onboarding Controls to adopt strategic workflow solutions which adhere to CIB Onboarding standards and meet Regulatory guidelines.

We are trusted partners to Markets Business delivering superior risk management practices, Control execution and generate data driven actionable insights to drive informed decision making. 

Business* Markets Business & Client Solutions was established in 2024 aligned to CIB Markets COO Organisation, following Organisation restructure across global Financial Market Operations. Business & Client Solutions team provides our Clients, Front Line business, and local management boards a suite of integrated trade and client lifecycle solutions that are protected by our proactive risk management capabilities, made highly accessible and available across our global network footprint.

We are accountable for the risk impact and outcomes and collectively manage the risk profiles across products and geographies. •    Improve Client Experience: We are responsible for the client experience for new to bank and existing clients. We are trusted advisors and operational stewards for our sales force and our clients, and we lead the operationalization of client needs. •    Optimise & Scale: We drive improvement in our processes and influence process changes to support business and client outcomes. We challenge existing process and strive for continuous improvements to meet client and business expectations.  

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor Degree or qquivalent
  • Min 10 years of experience
  • Experience in Financial Markets Ops is preferred
  • Preferred experience across change initiatives with project delivery roles exposure
  • Stakeholder Management
