Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead/Senior Web Product Owner to support our core web channels (Maxis, Hotlink, Maxis Business etc). You will be responsible for co-shaping a delightful digital experience for our nationwide users to discover products, solutions, and services from the website. As a key-collaborator to bridge cross-functional departments: business, technology, design, and more, you are responsible for the product and its features from concept to delivery.

What are you accountable for?

Drive business objectives through well-reasoned strategy based on analytical insights and seasoned knowledge of the B2B solutions and telecommunications market in the digital space
Advocate for a digital-first customer experience in all aspects of managing the web portfolio, product vision, and roadmap
Collaborate with business users to both understand and anticipate their needs, converting them into product requirements
Identify gaps between business needs and business practice to provide recommendations on solutions that results in new or changed process, technology, business partners
Define KPIs for all projects and evaluating the success of a project
Be responsible for the design, usability, quality and delivery of a capability or feature
Continuously evaluates risks and weighs trade-offs associated with each course of action
Work closely with product marketing, value chain, UX lead, scrum master, tech lead and development teams to- Ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release.- Prioritize and design decisions and works to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle.
Stay well-informed of competitor trends, industry benchmarks and market movement that would impact your key deliverables
Understands both the engineering and business side of the product release and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs.
