We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of panel healthcare providers, ensuring the success of our cost-containment initiatives.

You'll be responsible for:

Monitor compliance of healthcare providers to cost-containment initiatives set by the Company
Maintain a dashboard based on Allianz Care Services (ACS) cost-containment monitoring framework
Analyze claims data to identify healthcare providers engaging in abuse/fraud/wasteful practices
Evaluate overall impact of cost-containment initiatives

Important to your success:

A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
Applicants with 4- 6 years of healthcare/medical background and understanding of clinical best practices
Clinical experience is an advantage
Experience in claims assessment is an advantage
Proficiency in data analysis and the use of Microsoft Excel (or other statistical software)
Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for data analysis and generating actionable insights.
