The candidate is responsible to perform end-to-end Replacement of Certificates (ROC) appeal process.Roles and responsibility: (To note that this is a contract position for 1 year)
Candidate is expected to manage the overall process of Renewal of Certificate (ROC) which includes
Process ROC appeals submission from agency force which involves compilation of appeals, segmentation of appeals, validation of appeal details and extraction of certificates components. Upon completion of the process, to formulate batch of worksheet of appeal cases for ROC Appeal Committee deliberation and subsequently to the Appointed Actuary for approval. Attend in bound calls and email correspondence from agents, Agency Growth team and relevant parties pertaining to ROC matters; which includes updating agents on ROC enquiries, inter-channel business ROC and appeal status updates. Meet the customers’ expectations by providing professional and accurate information in accordance with agreed service standard.
