We are seeking a Risk Intelligence Specialist with expertise in risk dashboard development to enhance our bank’s risk management capabilities. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive risk dashboards that provide real-time insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong data visualization skills, experience with BI tools, and a solid understanding of financial and operational risk metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive risk intelligence dashboards to provide real-time monitoring and insights into key risk indicators.

• Collaborate with risk management, data science, and IT teams to integrate data sources and enhance risk reporting capabilities.

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or related tools.

• Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights for credit risk, fraud detection, operational risk, and compliance monitoring.

• Automate data extraction, transformation, and visualization processes to improve efficiency.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.

• Work with senior stakeholders to define KPIs and risk metrics for continuous monitoring and reporting.

• Support the integration of AI-driven analytics and predictive risk models into dashboards.

• Stay up to date with industry best practices in risk visualization, regulatory reporting, and BI technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in risk analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization, preferably in financial services or fintech.

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, R, or other data processing tools.

• Understanding of risk management concepts, financial risk indicators, and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and working with large datasets.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and risk teams.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
