2. Property & Corporate Fleet Management
- Strategically manage company-owned and leased properties, ensuring cost optimization and effective space utilization.
- Oversee fleet operations, procurement, and maintenance, ensuring cost efficiency and business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with leasing agreements, insurance policies, and legal requirements while optimizing vendor contracts.
3. Administration & Business Support Services
- Enhance administrative functions, streamlining processes for better efficiency and employee experience.
- Develop and enforce policies that improve operational effectiveness and reduce bureaucracy.

4. Logistics, Warehousing & Business Continuity

5. Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance
- Develop and champion a strong safety culture, ensuring a healthy and risk-free work environment.

- Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations while driving sustainability initiatives.
6. Security & Risk Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and crisis management plans to safeguard personnel, assets, and critical infrastructure.
- Oversee access control, physical security, and 24/7 surveillance across all corporate facilities, including telecommunication base stations, warehouse and etc.
- Enhance security measures at remote sites, ensuring strict monitoring, intrusion detection, and rapid response protocols.
- Deploy advanced surveillance systems, including CCTV, motion sensors, and real-time monitoring to prevent unauthorized access and asset theft.
- Strengthen collaboration with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and private security firms to ensure compliance, threat mitigation, and rapid incident resolution.
