We are seeking a dedicated and strategic professional to join our team as a Device and Supply Chain Management Specialist. This role is responsible for device and supply chain contract management and governance, channel enablement/programs, and maximizing value adds. You will also be introducing new devices and related technology products within the telecommunications ecosystem to drive successful go-to-market strategies, channel enablement, and product lifecycle management, all in alignment with the company’s ambitions and goals.
Accountabilities
Management of the Device and Supply Chain contracts and governance that comprises of relevant internal stakeholders and external parties such as logistics partners, device manufacturers/vendors.
Channel Program lead to develop and negotiate for channel support and enablement with respective vendors in collaboration with the channel stakeholders across the company.
Maximise value additions by negotiating with vendors to ensure competitive margins, supply commitments and channel enablement programs…etc.
Lead the end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) process for devices (mobile, home, merchandise products) and oversee execution of device go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely product launches that align with market trends and customer demand
Ensure product readiness, certification, and compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating with manufacturers and vendors
Manage product performance post-launch, maintain a roadmap for device launches in consideration of market trends, competitor analysis, and business ambitions, including product transitions, ensuring seamless phasing in of new models
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide product positioning and promotional strategies.
Requirements
Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent
Relevant Work Experience : 4 to 6 years in Supply Chain Management / Distribution business
Project Management: Ability to drive complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
Analytical Thinking: Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to manage relationships, influence stakeholders, and negotiate with vendors.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of mobile devices, hardware specifications, and network compatibility requirements.
Have an acute sense of business savvy, ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, a team player, critical thinker & acute problem solving skills.
