What You'll Be Doing:

  • Bring Our Values to Life - Internalise and support the rollout of our company values through onboarding, programmes, campaigns and everyday communications.
  • Drive Allstars Engagement - Conceptualise, plan and execute execute culture building and employee engagement  initiatives—from sporting events, festive celebrations, health & wellness campaigns to recognition programmes like the Allstars Long Service Awards, as well as everyday workplace experiences that foster connection, pride and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Communicate with Heart - Create fresh, engaging content (visuals & written) across internal platforms that keeps Allstars informed, inspired and involved
  • Build Culture Champions - Partner with internal stakeholders across entities to support local efforts while ensuring a consistent Capital A tone and identity.
  • Listen and Learn - Help run bi-annual feedback surveys to understand how Allstars feel—and co-create ways to improve the experience.
  • Support Internal Campaigns - Coordinate internal campaigns that connect people to our business goals, purpose and impact in ways that feel relevant and human.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience(s) in culture, employee engagement, event planning, internal communications or related fields. Experience in a creative, fast-paced environment is a plus.

  • Self-starter – You’ve got that gung-ho spirit built in, always ready to bring fresh and exciting ideas to the table and see them through.

  • Skilled trouble-shooter – You’re proactive in identifying potential issues, quick to adapt to the unexpected and resourceful in finding creative solutions.

  • A flair for content and copywriting – You know how to communicate with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. You also have an eye for detail and a strong sense of what makes content or experiences feel engaging.

  • Comfortable with public speaking and presentation - We’re often out and about, sharing about our culture and engaging with people.

  • A people-first mindset, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and personalities.

  • Initiative and adaptability – You’re not afraid to try new things, ask questions, and iterate as you go.

  • A team player who believes in the power of shared culture to unite, motivate, and energize people.

  • Experience in digital content creation or visual design tools (like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
