JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS:
Manager, Marketing is responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, and enhancing customer retention and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leveraging data insights and creative marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Drive business growth via acquisition and retention initiatives to meet business objectives and build brand loyalty.
Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including concept ideation, media planning, go-to-market strategy, and budget allocation.
Continuously optimize live campaigns, adjusting based on real-time performance data.
Analyze marketing campaign reports and use data insights to refine strategies through a test-and-learn approach.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., PR, creative, events, partnerships) to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
Execute and optimize SEM, PPC, Paid Ads, and Display Advertising for maximum reach and ROI.
Utilize consumer insights and behavioral psychology to craft innovative marketing tactics.
Oversee large-scale, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong experience in marketing, campaign management, or digital advertising.
Proficiency in data-driven marketing, with a strong preference for performance-based decision-making.
Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display Networks, and SEO optimization.
Highly analytical and results-driven, using data to refine marketing strategies.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to pivot quickly when needed.
A creative problem solver with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, Paid Ads, and Display Advertising.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital campaign tracking tools.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Highly adaptable and creative, keeping up with evolving marketing trends.
A natural problem solver, always seeking improvements and new opportunities.
Detail-oriented with a structured and analytical approach to marketing.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
With strong performance and contribution in this role, you can grow into a Senior Marketing Manager position, where you’ll lead high-impact campaigns, drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies, and mentor junior team members.
