Let's take a closer look at a day in the life of our Intercompany Settlement Executive. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial interactions between our various entities, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate various accounting tasks involved in maintaining financial records and meticulously monitor and process related data.
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and facilitate month-end closing activities to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
Maintain an interface with departmental personnel to provide information, verify records, and ensure adherence to established accounting policies and procedures across different countries.
Engage extensively with colleagues and local finance teams in Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, India, Indonesia, and the Philippines to address accounting-related issues effectively.
Foster close collaboration with external parties, including auditors, to address accounting queries and audit issues promptly and accurately.
Drive improvement projects aimed at enhancing end-to-end finance processes, contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as delegated from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling organizational needs.
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 1 year of audit experience or 2 years of accounting experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and principles.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written, enabling effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Dynamic, result-oriented, with a proactive "can-do" attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
