The Deputy Manager will assist the team lead Analytics in executing deliverables such as analytics projects, dashboard & monitoring tools ,cross functional analytics demands and execute any project that enhance PRUBSN analytics capability. The Manager will become the bridge between Health Analytics teams and PRUBSN business stakeholders. This an important position that support Health Analytics team initiatives by contributing to data-driven decision making, profit&growth focus, and efficiency improvement that support PruBSN Health Business Strategic goals. Successful candidate shall work closely with Health Analytics Managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of each component of these initiatives; business requirements, data preparation, modelling, impact analysis and project managements)Key accountabilities:
Qualification and Experience
1. Degree or Master in Data Science, Actuarial, Engineering, Statistics etc
2. 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
3. Strong proficiency in Machine Learning tools (Pythons, R, SQL, PowerBI)
4. Sound technical knowledge in Machine Learning techniques such as Linear regression. GLM, GBM, clustering
5. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with stakeholders
