Position Summary
The People Function Team at Allianz Technology division is shaping our organization to be 'the place of choice' for our people and driving our mission to be Partner of Choice in the IT and services industry.
You will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, and collaborate with departmental managers to fulfil staffing needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company culture.
Reporting to the Head of People Function Malaysia, you will also be responsible for driving and executing the delivery of HR Solutions to Allianz Services within Regional Delivery Centre, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Act as strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers and business leaders in Allianz Services Malaysia on Recruitment, HR tasks, processes and tools and actively foster awareness of relevant interdependencies
