JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

To achieve set sales target Selling to advertising agencies and advertisers.
To ensure achievement of objectives by subordinates by monitoring and motivating staff to sell.
To establish and maintain a healthy relationship with the advertising in order to ensure continuous support by servicing our clients, both socially and professionally.
To develop a larger client base through development of new clients/market.
Monitoring industry trend and continue to make sales presentation to new advertisers.
Updating latest information on Astro during sales visits.
Monitor and control outstanding debts from advertisers or agencies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are:

Must possess Bachelors Degree, with relevant working experience in the broadcasting industry.
Have good negotiation and judgment skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
Have good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak other language will be an added advantage.
Must have diverse advertising and media planning knowledge.
Good leadership skills.
An innovative and creative person.
