Responsible to establish and develop relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients, by providing a high level of bespoke service and solutions (customize and tailor made solutions) to meet their long-term financial goals, investment risk tolerance and personal needs.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to build the HNW client base, service and support the clients, to ensure smooth running of the entire end-to-end business activities of Private Wealth team:

  1. Manage clients’ experiences and expectations i.e. offer a total solution to manage financial and investment needs and, no complaints lead to financial loses and litigation
  2. Identify clients’ needs and to help them navigate the complex world of wealth management
  3. Provide advice and services under a comprehensive and integrative wealth management plan, by combining asset management, cash management, risk management, financial planning, lifestyle management, and other services
  4. Build a profitable investment portfolio (NIA-AUM) covering deposits, wealth products, insurance and other core products offered.
  5. Assist in execution of key business processes including client onboarding, client portfolio review and deepening of client relationships to facilitate the growth of the business
  6. Responsible for individual revenue goals and targets
  7. Comply all the Rules & Regulations and Code of Conduct guidelines issued by BNM, Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia and the Bank.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years wealth sales experience in Financial Services
  • Degree in any field
  • Commendable client servicing and convincing skills
