JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The individual in the role of Senior Associate, Project Manager (360 Content) in charge of project management of original live-action scripted franchises for families and kids, in the space of 360 initiatives (monetization, digital and marketing executions).What you will do:
- Project Management
- Develop a project timeline and ensure every milestone and task is clearly defined with a person in charge (PIC) and a deadline.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and action plans daily. Anticipate and escalate any delays.
- Schedule and organize all meetings required for a project (e.g., briefings, decision-making sessions).
- Ensure pre-alignment with stakeholders to conduct meetings effectively and efficiently.
- Complete all necessary preparations for meetings (e.g., meeting agenda, attendees, meeting rooms, document templates).
- Ensure all documentation is well-organized within the team’s shared folder.
- 360 Initiatives Ideation & Management
- Conduct consumer research, past project analysis and studying of local/global best practices in 360 IP initiatives (monetization, digital & marketing).
- Initiate and manage new 360 IP initiatives that will help achieve project goals, e.g. revenue, viewership and innovation.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of 360 Initiatives
- Monitor and track viewership & revenue of ongoing projects
REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:
Knowledge, Education, Work Experience:-
- Diploma/university degree in broadcasting, mass communication, marketing, business or related fields
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in project management related roles
- Strong passion for the entertainment industry, consumes a variety of local, regional, global content
Practical skills and/or abilities:-
- Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Words, Excel etc)
- Organizational framework techniques
- Proficient written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English
Other competencies or attributes:-
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proactive and creative in problem solving
- Able to work independently of a supervisor
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well across multiple teams of people
- Quick thinking & able to pivot under stressful situations
