Job Responsibilities:
Segment Marketing:
Responsible to formulate/ develop marketing campaign to drive Private, Priority Banking (PB) acquisition, revenue, AUM and cross sell.
Manage PB and Investment marketing activities to achieve campaign targeted sales, response rate and business goals through effective planning, implementation and control of all aspects of the marketing process
Develop effective communication plan to promote the PB privileges and investment promotion via all relevant above-the-line and/or below-the-line communications i.e. press advertisement, online advertising, point-of-sales displays, SMS, direct mailer, statement insert, etc.
Develop and custodian of digital strategy roadmap, prioritizes and timelines high impact digital initiatives for PB/ Investment
Building up customer micro and mega campaigns/ events to specific group of customer (PB sub-segment) to drive revenue, activation and retention
Evaluate P&L impact at programme and portfolio level to deliver maximum return on investment
Responsible for campaign fulfilment/ payment/ tracking etc for campaigns and projects
Monitor competitor’s market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors and global industry practices
Special project deployment
Innovation and Experience:
Rollout value added service, friendly and effective banking process/ customer journey to help manage customer financials needs and expectation
Develop digital innovative program/ website to support customer banking experience. Provide quickly, efficiently and facilitate the use of alternative channel wherever possible.
Contribute constructively and creatively in the planning and implementation stages of programmes to drive maximum AUM, sales, loyalty, awareness synergies with customer lifestyle experience.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities):
Providing campaign training/briefing and materials to sales channel, service team and operation.
Enabling frontline to sell more via campaign, engagement event or better portfolio optimization
Support sales channel in campaign related, provide support to strengthen PB Distribution.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with support teams eg: Operations, Project Management, Finance, Legal and Compliance etc
Job Requirements:
Degree holder, preferably Banking / Marketing/ Business Administration
Min 4 years working experience in banking/ financial institutions, preferably related to marketing/ business development or Investment related
Understands the end-to-end creative development process
Adequate segment management knowledge
Adequate investment product knowledge, be it marketing/ operations/ compliance requirements
Team player & good communication skills
