Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. 

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 

  • Help organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events. 

  • Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. 

  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and enhance the employee experience. 

  • Provide administrative support to HR projects as needed.  

Qualifications: 

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or a related field. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 

  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn about HR best practices.
