Accountable for the Oracle Fusion technical items (Integrations, Reports, Customizations) support, implementation and delivery.
Ensure the finance and procurement functionalities are implemented and working fine.
Contribute to the development of short and mid-long-term strategic roadmap and improvements in Oracle.
Ensure the stability and reliability of the Oracle system which includes SaaS, PaaS and Infrastructure.
Manage incident/problem/change management of Oracle system.
Lead end-to-end root cause analysis for incidents, provide improvement plans and ensure recommendations are carried out.
Support system audits with internal and external parties to ensure all vulnerabilities and compliances are met with stringent requirements.
Drive automation initiative to enable zero / minimal-touch and eliminating manual efforts.
Lead new business requirements gathering, RFP, POC, and business case presentation.
6-10 years technical experience in Oracle ERP with minimum 3+ years of Oracle Fusion SaaS, PaaS.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, Fusion Reports, SQL, PL/SQL.
Should know the basics of Oracle ERP Finance and Procurement.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
