Job Summary• This role is responsible for managing and leading cross-functional business aspects for the Commercial PC product for Latino America. The role is responsible for the Product Portfolio definition and implementation, for the 4P strategy and fully accountable and responsible for the P&L of the businesses.

The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in the quest to deliver on the objectives of the business unit.

The role stays up to date with industry best practices and the latest trends while proactively identifying and addressing any risks in order to stay competitive in the market.Responsibilities• Manages and leads product portfolio, operational, and financial aspects of assigned product grouping/segment.• Develops short and mid-term plans to achieve market growth, revenue, and operating profit goals.• Leads go-to-market team and identification of new product opportunities.• Develops strategy with field sales teams, sales management, and other key category stakeholders on programs and product positioning to win business.• Engages with senior management and key stakeholders to communicate category performance, present plans, and seek support for strategic initiatives.• Builds and maintains strong relationships with Alliances partners• Collaborates with various internal teams from marketing, sales, supply chain, finance and product development to align strategies and ensure effective execution.• Identifies and addresses potential risks within the category, and implements mitigation strategies.• Ensures adherence to organization's policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards within the category management function.• Evaluates and optimizes category strategies and processes to stay competitive in the market.Education & Experience Recommended• Graduate Degree in Engineer, Finance, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 10+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
