Mission:

Deliver Supply Chain Finance is responsible for Logistics Supply Chain cost management. The team partners with the Markets Operations teams, Market Finance team, CO WW Finance team. Critical activities supported include: Logistics cost planning and analysis, cost insights and SB TN to management stakeholders.

This role mission is evolving to manage the Financial Reporting for Planning (LTP, Budget and flash), close and analytics for Logistics Costs while drive transition of these process to new pioneer digital platform in Anaplan.

Description:

Provide finance analytics and story behind the numbers within Deliver Supply Chain Finance.

This role is to focus on cost forecast, metrics and KPIs for Deliver Supply Chain; good communication across teams and partnership is key.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provides complex, financial analysis for Logistics cost.

  • Consolidates data from the systems and sources in Finance Supply Chain Operations to deliver required reports.

  • Lead across all markets for quarterly story behind the numbers (STBN) process for WW PS/Print Deliver Supply Chain Finance.

  • Actively contribute to projects within the organization.

  • Continuously drive improvement in financial reporting, identifies issues and proposes solutions.

  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Business acumen

  • Team player

  • Structured, with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong work ethics

  • Self starter

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (focus in Finance or Accounting).  MBA degree preferred.

  • Minimum +6 years professional experience.
