Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design & deploy data collection in data layer for current and future digital properties  

  • Design tracking taxonomy to standardize data collection g to business units needs 

  • Review and document technical implementation guides for development team 

  • Test and validate implementation of data layer in our website 

  • Ensure user data tracking persistence across their website journey 

  • Configure and set up Analytics & Marketing tags using data collected on Data Layer and other data sources 

  • Troubleshoot Tagging and Analytics issues related with data collection 

  • Work with development team to implement tracking solutions 

  • Identify opportunities and best practices to enhance data collection with a strong sense of preserving website speed performance and its tracking 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or related fields 

  • 4+ years of experience in customer data analysis and data mining & collection 

  • 2+ years of experience in HTML and JavaScript 

  • Demonstrated expertise in data layer design and documentation 

  • Experience creating data measurement plans to collect relevant insights 

  • Clear understanding of Tag Management solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform (formerly Adobe Launch), Google Tag Manager or Tealium 

  • Experience using visualization tools as Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau 

  • Strong Understanding of Global Privacy Regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)  

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and managing marketing data pipelines,

  • Proficient in English (creation of technical guidelines and documentation of processes to both engineering team and marketing team profiles)  

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams including engineering, marketing, and creative departments.
