Job Description:
Provides business consulting services to clients; contributes to the design and delivery of business solution components; supports the efforts of more experienced consultants; plays quality assurance role by reviewing team work products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent and meet client requirements; serves as a business resource on a team or as a team leader for other business consultants.
This is a Change Manager position, within the production area and under an ITIL v4 management methodology.It is very important that you have experience as a change manager in entities of the Banking Sector, at least 3 years of recent experience. It is also valuable that you know or have performed roles in your work experience in the other ITIL areas: Problem Management, Service Level Management and Incident Management.In this position you will work with different departments of the Bank from different countries, so it is important to have a medium-high level of English. You will work remotely, although it is possible for the team to meet once every two months at the DXC offices.
